    Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our spreads, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is confirmed.

  2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
    If your shipment arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly work with you to replace the affected product at no additional cost.
