1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email when your order is placed and another with tracking details once it ships.

2. Shipping Options & Carriers

At checkout, you can select from multiple service levels and carriers:

  • Standard Ground (3–7 business days)

  • Expedited (2–3 business days)

  • Express (1–2 business days)

We work with:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • DHL (for select international destinations)

3. Shipping Rates

  • Calculated at Checkout: Rates are based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service level.

  • Discounted Rates: We negotiate bulk rates with our carriers to bring you competitive pricing.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link.

  • You can monitor your delivery status directly through the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic (U.S.): We ship to all 50 states and U.S. territories.

  • International: Available to select countries. Rates, delivery times, and customs/duties vary by destination.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect addresses.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and, if necessary, replace your order.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.
