  • Product Descriptions. We strive to display our pistachio butters accurately, but colors, flavors, or packaging may vary slightly.

  • Order Acceptance. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping, handling, and applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.

  • Payment Methods. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed upon order confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time. Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Returns & No Refund Policy

  • All Sales Final. Due to the perishable, handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at msflavoredpistachiobutter@gmail.com or (507) 323‑8041. We will arrange a replacement at no extra charge.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual‑property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. User Accounts
